These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and receipt of text messages from Bearstone Law, PLLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Firm”). By opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, and you acknowledge that messaging and data rates may apply.

Description of Intended Use and Message Types

When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from the Firm, you agree to receive text messages related to your legal matter. Some examples of message related to your matter may include:

(a) Client intake, consultation, scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates

(b) Case status notifications

(d) Compliance notices and required disclosures

(e) Messages about prospective legal services, Firm events, and general announcements

Message Frequency & Data Rates

Message frequency will vary on a case-by-case basis and may include recurring or automated messages, depending on the circumstances, the needs of your case, and other factors. The typical cadence of messages is expected to be approximately 1 – 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent to or received from the Firm, as established by your carrier. You are solely responsible for any charges you may incur.

Opt-In Consent

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to 945-758-9455. After you send a message opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by sending START or SUBSCRIBE.
